Dethklok has a physician on staff who has made occasional appearances throughout the series, though his name has never been disclosed. He is often blunt and exhasperated with Dethklok when attempting to explain various aspects of their health to them, however, he appears to have genuine concern for his five patients and a good rapport with them.
