The Dethklok "Thunderhorse" Explorer is a type of electric guitar released in 2011. It had a limited run thorough Gibson. The guitar was inspired by Skwisgaar's main guitar on the show, the Gibson Explorer. Brendon Small was approached by Gibson to make a signature Dethklok guitar and had it built to his specifications. Upon release the guitars sold for a price range at around $1,500 with the original retail price at around $2,779.
